The founder of Avenue Canada, Catherine Marianne Diallo, is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (verify status). She is also a qualified lawyer in Germany. Having lived in a variety of countries and immigrated to Canada herself, she understands the organizational, financial and emotional aspects of your immigration project.

We offer consultations, file processing and review services. We also check in with you the day before your departure to make sure you’re all set!

The World Wide Web is packed with conflicting information on Canadian immigration. People share their experiences on social media which is a great thing! However, every case is being judged on its own merits, at different offices and by different people. No two cases are the same, and following the same path as someone else can be detrimental to your application. We are here to make your life easier, not more complicated. Whatever your personal and financial situation is, talk to us and we will listen.

We believe in three things when it comes to immigration services: transparency, honesty and respect.

We respond to client requests with 48 hours by email. You will always be up to date.

If we think that you do not qualify for your desired immigration title, we will do our best to find alternatives. And if there are none, we will inform you of that, even if that means that we will not have you as a client.

The world can be a very unfair place. We believe that all clients deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of “personal net worth”, education and country of origin. No client is more important than the other. Everyone is equal to us.

According to Article 91 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the following individuals may present an immigration file to IRCC:

    • A lawyer who is a member in good standing of a law society of a province or a notary who is a member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec;
    • Any other member in good standing of a law society of a province or the Chambre des notaires du Québec, including a paralegal; or
  • A member in good standing of a body designated under subsection (ICCRC members).

We highly recommend that you consider this when choosing a representative. Using an unauthorized representative can lead to the refusal of your application.
